It is also to achieve value appreciation. The focus is on Core and Core+ assets. The main targets include existing buildings with the potential for vertical expansion or renovation or existing properties constructed using hybrid timber or timber construction methods. Secondly, properties that are ready for or undergoing construction using hybrid timber or timber construction methods are acquired. Additionally, the fund may acquire selected value-add properties at earlier stages, building land and older properties in need of renovation. |
The Timber Real Estate Fund Switzerland sub-fund is aimed at qualified Swiss investors who are eligible for tax relief. It provides an opportunity to promote timber as an environmentally friendly building material by investing in specific real estate projects.
Qualified investors who are eligible for tax relief have the option of participating on a property-specific basis as co-investors in the Timber Real Estate Fund Switzerland. Alternatively, they can invest prospectively in the planned sub-fund, which focuses on qualified Swiss investors. We at InvestInvent AG offer our expertise as portfolio managers and act as FINMA-regulated asset managers for these target groups.
